TED... WOW!

The organized display of images the journalist on TED showed during his presentation were very startling and real. It seems that there has been no end to the War's throughout history. This journalist had a nice sense of direction of photography through film. There were points where I wanted to turn it off it was so graphic.
I feel there is no boundary to war and the games we play with each others lives. This display of still pictures brought an emotion out of me that should be felt throughout every individual across the globe. This action would hopefully change some individuals outlook on their decesions through life.
All in all, wars are real and not to be taken lightly. There is always going to be someone suffering if we are at war.

My First Look at blurb.com

As I was surfing through the digital book's published on blurb.com, I came across a book called Images From The Sea. The images in the book preview seemed to look like a professional piece of work. There are close-ups of sea creatures as well as group images including dolphins and fish emphasizing on color and texture. I love the sea and everything in it, so, I felt this book was a nice piece of work to establish an understanding as well as production ideas for my book to come.

First Video in Class 1/28

Today in class we watched a student's music video. I was a very powerful piece that represented her background through art and music. Her images were very creative and abstract which gave the music video a nice attraction. The sounds and words used were an easy way for her to grab the audience from beginning to end. All in all, it was an extremely creative and interesting how she used her knowledge, background and skill to create such a nice piece of work.
